PREVIOUS QUESTIONS

• Until when can I apply?
  The application period is until Monday, January 6th at 12:00 noon, through the application form available at: das.uchile.cl/concursos/simons-studentship

 

• Can I send my application documents by mail?
  No, applications are only accepted through the application form available at das.uchile.cl/concursos/simons-studentship or HERE.
  Only letters of recommendation should be sent directly by mail to concursos@das.uchile.cl.

 

• Is it possible to answer the forms and documents in English?
  Yes, the application documents must be completed in English.

 

• Can students from areas such as Civil Electrical/Electronic Engineering apply?
  Yes, as stated in the call for applications, all graduate students in astronomy, physics and related areas are eligible to apply. The application document must justify the relationship and relevance, and is at the discretion of the evaluation committee.
